When do I need to order by?
12 noon on Sunday for delivery the following Friday or Saturday. You can order weeks ahead, which is handy for birthdays and gifts.
How much is delivery?
Free on orders of £50 or more. Under £50, delivery is £15, which covers the courier and the chilled packaging. Collection from RT Café Grill in Ryde is free. Scottish Highlands and islands are a two-day service, priced separately. Full delivery details.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, with at least 7 full days' notice before your delivery day. After that the kitchen has already started on your box. Email us with your order number.
My box hasn't arrived, or arrived damaged
Email us straight away with your order number, and a photo if you can. We'll chase it with APC and put it right.
Can I collect instead?
Yes, from RT Café Grill in Ryde, Friday and Saturday, 9:30am to 4pm. Tell us roughly when you'll arrive in the order notes.
Allergens and dietary requirements
Allergens are listed against every dish on every product page. Our kitchen handles all major allergens, so we can't guarantee no traces. For anything specific, email us before you order.
